ASTRUP AS is an Astrup & Søn Group company, and is currently Norway's leading supplier of metal and plastic semi-manufactures. We provide Norwegian industry with aluminium, metals, plastic, stainless steel, special steel, titanium, gratings, special aluminium profiles, tools, fixings, paint and paint products.
The main office is situated at Rommen in Oslo, with a 15.000 m² office and warehouse facility. We also have an 8.000 m² office and warehouse in Bergen (Godvik), sales offices in Oslo, Skien, Bergen, Stavanger, Ålesund and Trondheim, as well as wholesale outlets in Oslo, Bergen, Odda and Ulsteinvik.
In addition to its own buildings in Oslo, Bergen and Odda, the holding company Astrup & Søn AS owns, through separate companies, several warehouse, office and industrial properties in Oslo. Astrup & Søn AS is also an important industrial and financial investor in a number of areas. It is, however, the operating company Astrup AS that is the main business of the Astrup & Søn Group.

Astrup AS Quality System has been developed in accordance with the requirements of NS-EN ISO 9001:2000, and is based on process orientation. An Astrup Management Model has been established, which provides a description of the organisation's most important processes.

Titanium
From our warehouse in Bergen we can supply Titanium plates and bars.
Bars Grade 2 (diameter 8-300 mm) • Bars Grade 5 (diameter 8-150 mm) • Plates Grade 2 (thickness 0,5-40 mm). We also supply welded and seamless tubes in Grade 2 and Grade 5 from our production warehouse. From our production warehouse we also supply smaller, intermediate and larger dimensions of round bars, as well as tubes, tube sections/ bends, plates and forged stocks. We supply water-cut plate thicknesses in accordance with customer specifications, and therefore have varying formats in stock. 0.5 mm plates are only supplied in Grade 1.
Plastic
In our warehouses, you will at all times find a very large selection of plastic semi-manufactures such as plates, strips, foil, bars, stock tubes, tubes and tube systems. We stock a large selection of plates for the sign-making and glazing industries, for example. We also supply complete wall and ceiling system for internal cladding of production premises for the food industry.
Steel
Astrup AS, Bergen, stocks an extensive range of special steel. If you require
a quality or dimension that we do not stock, we will quickly get hold of it. Personal and knowledgeable service is our strength.

ASTRUP AS markets the German facade system Hueck-Hartmann in Norway. Hueck-Hartmann is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of aluminium system profiles for facades, glass roofs, doors, windows and safety structures. Together with an extensive and flexible network of experienced builders, we offer exciting facade solutions. There are currently 10 local manufacturers of the Hueck-Hartmann systems in Norway. Ampliform - aluminium gratings and grilles
The Ampliform system consists of the Amplinett, Amplirist and Alusil products, all of which have in common low weight, high strength and a minimal maintenance requirement. The associated aluminium profiles make erection quick and simple.

ALUSAFE Roller grilles/ Roller shutters
ALUSAFE Roller grilles and Roller shutters are a reasonably priced and
secure burglar-proofing measure for all types of business.
ALUSAFE has been tested at the Norwegian Building Institute and has
been approved by the Norwegian Insurance Companies' Approval Board (Forsikringsselskapenes Godkjenningsnemd - FG). ALUSAFE is the only roller grille in Norway to have been tested for the equivalent of 15 years of normal use.

Aluflex - a complete aluminium railing system
Astrup railing systems are based on aluminium balcony and railing solutions designed by architects, and provide a complete building system for the simple production of railing solutions. The profiles are supplied untreated or with a naturally oxidised finish. Astrup railing systems satisfy Norwegian Standard's load requirements, and are very flexible in terms of tailor-made solutions. The profiles provide good opportunities for various types of railing infills, such as flat aluminium or steel sheets, various types of perforated sheets, plastic-coated sheets, reinforced glass, etc. Astrup railing systems are also easy to adapt so as to incorporate later glazed enclosures.
